We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx—tracking info provided when available.

In-store pickup is free at our Clayton location (ready in 2 business days).

Returns for store credit only—must be unused and returned within 10 days.

Final Sale: Food, cosmetics, intimates, linens, sale/discounted items.

Restocking fees apply to home goods/rugs; custom orders are final sale.
